Down to 30m Take your freediving skills to the next level with our Wave 2 course. Master advanced techniques, enhance your breath-hold capabilities, and dive deeper with safety and efficiency. Ideal for those seeking to deepen their underwater exploration. This advanced freediving course is designed for Freedivers already comfortable at 16-20m depths. Let's take your skills to the next level, it's time to freefall ! COURSE OUTLINE - 3 theory sessions - 3 Pool sessions - 4 Open water sessions DAY 1 (8:30am-3pm) Theory session: - Greetings and layout of the course - Review of previous knowledge - Warm up techniques - Mental approach Pool session: - Static breath-hold - Static Buddy system - Rescue scenario Open water session: - Warm ups - Buoyancy check - Technique revision for FIM and CWTB - Intro to freefall DAY 2 (8:30am-3pm) Theory session: - Safety and buddy system - SW black out and diving laws - Revision for dynamic performance Pool session: - Dynamic Apnea, kicking - Dynamic buddy system - Rescue scenario - Intro to monofin technique Open water session: - Warm ups - Freefall for CWTB and FIM - Buddyinng - Self rescue and BO scenario DAY 3 (9am-3pm) Theory session: - Knowledge review - Theory for no-fins technique Pool session: - Dynamic no-fins Open water session: - Warm ups - No- fins session Day 4 (4 Hours) Open water session: - Repeating all open water skills - Performing all requirements left Or Reef & Turtle Trip - Join our reef exploration around the island :) As a Wave 2 advanced Freediver, here are the requirements: - 2:30min Static breath-hold (STA) - 50m Dynamic with fins (DYBF) - 35m Dynamic no-fins (DNF) - 24-30m FIM and CWBF - 15m no-fins (CNF) - Freefall - Pass theory exam *Include certification fees, full equipment, GoPro videos.
